WHAT IS A PILOT PROJECT?

IMM’s pilot projects are undertaken in order to create cultural goods, to facilitate music diffusion or to devise and develop activities that will create jobs and revenues in our area.

Proposed by artists and entrepreneurs of all kinds, pilot projects require human, material and financial resources. We can contribute in a way or another.

You’ll have to submit a project in the first place. Then, we’ll consider the feasibility and propose a partnership to the people in charge of the project.

Our students can participate in pilot projects: initiatives, decision making, responsibilities, ground realities and active teaching are part of their education program. We enhance the practical application of acquired knowledge.

Each project objective has to be as precise as possible, if possible with numbers and calendar. Even if we must be flexible in an area in perpetual mutation and without magical answers, the result must be conform to quality norms and predefined performances, for the lower cost and the best timing.

All music related projects are complex. A simple project can turn itself into a headache. That’s why we’re building models but we can also move away from them.
